Eczema
Eczema is an irritating skin condition that results in rashes that can be dry and itchy. It is caused by a swelling of underlying skin cells. While our office typically treats eczema with topical medications and sometimes steroid creams; some chronic conditions might require systemic medications.
The vast majority of eczema patients can control their eczema through topical medications. Our providers find the correct medication and its proper application for each individual case.
After working with patients to find the proper treatment plan, our team is well versed in training patients on how to properly apply the prescribed treatment. For the vast majority of patients with stubborn eczema, correcting the application technique is the difference maker that leads to improvement.
